Steph's Career Journey in the Beauty & Aesthetics Industry

Steph's passion for beauty therapy began in 2002 at The Ivy Suite, Market Drayton, where she completed her NVQs. She then furthered her education by pursuing a Foundation Degree in Beauty Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in International Spa Management at The University of Derby. Throughout her studies, Steph continued to build her professional experience by working at The Ivy Suite during University breaks and also gained valuable experience as a Spa Therapist at The Palace Hotel, Buxton.

In 2007, Steph's career took an exciting international turn when she moved to Halkidiki, Greece, to take on the role of Spa Manager with Neilson Active Holidays. This role gave her the opportunity to expand her skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Next, Steph embarked on an internship at WAFI Health and Leisure, a prestigious international spa consultancy in Dubai, UAE. There, she played a pivotal role in the setup and operation of some of the world's most renowned, luxury spa resorts.

Steph returned to Greece to become the Spa Operations and Business Development Manager, where she spearheaded transformative changes to the spa's operations, improving both guest experience and business performance.

After several successful years in the spa industry, Steph returned to the UK and pursued a career in law. She completed a Law Conversion Degree and worked in the field for five years. However, balancing law with family life proved challenging, and as a solo parent to two young children, Steph decided to return to her true passion—beauty and aesthetics.

Now, with a renewed focus and commitment, Steph has retrained in Aesthetics and is currently pursuing government-regulated qualifications, including Level 4, 5, and 7 OFQUAL Diplomas in Aesthetics.

With over two decades of experience in the beauty industry, from spa management to aesthetics, Steph is dedicated to providing the highest level of professionalism and expertise to her clients. Her diverse background and commitment to ongoing education ensure that she brings both passion and the latest techniques to her work.
